1. A registered at sparktraffic.io customer can purchase the services online using any available to the customer payment method, the customer can see the payment methods available to its country on the payment page before starting a payment process.
2. Once a customer has successfully finished a payment process their account will receive credits that can be used to create new projects or renew old projects.
3. The credits can be used at any time in the future and do not have an expiration date.
4. The purchase is considered to be fully delivered once the customer’s account has received the credits.
5. No refunds will be issued on credits.
